REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return an item, we’ve made it as simple as possible. Just return the item(s) in the original undamaged packaging including all contents- within 7 days of receiving your order, to receive a full refund.
For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund on unused items. Items which are returned in an unsaleable condition or appear to have been worn will not be eligible for refund, and will not be returned back to you.
You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us and for any costs incurred.
All items must be enclosed, including the return slip with the reason of the return.
After the 7 days if you still wish to return your item(s), we will only be able to offer an exchange. We suggest you contact us first before returning in order to check availability.
We recommend that you use a trackable courier such as DHL, EXPRESS or UPS to return your item(s) to us, as we will be unable to offer refunds on item(s) that do not reach us.
Refund payment will only be issued back to the card listed on the original order. We can not return payment on to any other card or in any other form, then the original payment.
